Sitting Won’t Be Long

Now that I have found my feet I’ve gotten pretty good at ring sitting.  Awesome Aunt Becky told Mom and Dad all about how to make me practice.  First I started the day with some cereal.

Then I had to change into my Hokie attire (even though we lost it was as mom expected, terrible offensive line courtsey of our terrible offensive coordinator…I’m only 3 months and I could call a better game!)

Here are my first attempts at ring sitting

After we talked to Becky she said we could take the pillow away, so we did.  I seemed to get stronger as the day went on.

We’re hoping another month and I’ll be sitting all by myself.  Then the baby-proofing begins!

More Cereal and FEET!

I’m really starting to like my cereal.  Mom and Dad are feeding me such a small amount, I’m going to show them soon that I’m ready for more!  I’ve also found my feet and they have become my favorite play thing, though not in these pictures, I almost have them in my mouth!

Later, I’m going to dress up in my favorite hokie attire while Mom and Dad cheer on the Hokies after I go to bed.

Grasping the World!

Canton has spent the last couple days working on his new grasping skills and continuing to grow.  We took him outside a few times too, he’s not a big fan of all the sunlight (as evidenced by the squinting face) I guess he’s destined to sit behind a computer like dad! 🙂

Canton picks a college

Canton’s aunt Becky decided to try and persuade him into becoming a Florida Gator.

As you can see here, he wasn’t too happy about that choice.

Later he decided to let his true feelings be known and threw up all over his new Gators Tee.

But eventually Canton calmed down after Mom said it was an ‘okay’ school and it could be his backup choice.  He still has VT as his top choice, pending his football scholarship offer of course.
