Canton had a lot of first experiences today! He used pennies, zinc washers, and vinegar to make a battery! He measured two 6 inch pieces of wire and cut them all by himself! He also used wire cutters for the first time and a soldering iron! He was so excited to see lead go from solid to liquid to solid again! His battery measured 8 volts, the second highest in the class! 🙂
