I’ve been getting tired of having Mom and Dad do so much for me lately that I’ve decided to take things into my own hands. I figure if I want to get things done, I better start on it now!
So I’ve decided to start sitting on my own. I can only do it for 10-15 seconds at a time but I’ll be sitting for good in no time! Dad gave me a hand today also in standing. Pretty soon I won’t need any help in that either!
I’ve also decided to help Mom out and start feeding myself. My bottle gets heavy sometimes but I am working on getting my arms stronger so I can do that also! I’ll keep working on new things!
Oh wow Canton! You are getting to be such a big man! I know your Mom and Dad must be so proud of you! I LOVE the pictures of you sitting – you are sooooo cute!

What a BIG BOY you are and soooooooooo smart….I can’t wait to see you tomorrow and watch you do all of your new skills. You are so smart and sweet. I know you have helped Mom & Dad since you can do a lot of things by yourself, but I am sure Mom & Dad are there to assist you when needed, and right by your side. Keep smiling and keep that sparkle in your eyes….Love you!!!!
Oh my gosh Canton Murphy, I am in love! I just spent the last ten minutes gushing over your pictures, you are so freakin’ cute!!!!! I’m extremely proud of you and mama and papa for working so hard at sitting. It’s going to get easier and easier everyday. Tell them when you get good at it to try it on a harder surface and that will challenge you more. Good job with the eating on your own, you need it with how hard you work. I just want to smush your little face you’re so cute!!!!!! Can not wait to see you big man.
