What a great holiday! I got to see so many friends and family AND I tried some REAL sweet potatoes. I didn’t care for them too much, maybe in another month or so. I had a great time seeing both sets of my great grandparents, playing with Grandpap and Grandma, and seeing three puppies (I just love dogs!) I also babbled lots of new syllables, dad says he heard me say triangle, oh silly dad. Everyone learned that when mom and dad say that I only sleep for half an hour they aren’t lying!
I was so good for mom and dad, I slept about 2.5 hours of the three hour trip BOTH times, they are so proud of me! Just think, we get to do it again in less than a month! I love these holidays!

What a wonderful Thanksgiving Day all of us had. It was your first Thanksgiving and we had so much to be thankful for as you have added so much love and joy to all of the family. You have grown so much and learned so many, many new things as Mom & Dad spend so much quality time with you. You are such a lucky little boy to have such a great Mom & Dad, Great Grandparents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, etc….You bring a blessing to all of us. I love your first Thanksgiving hat Aunt Becky sent you. You look so cute in it. Glad you rested on your trip up and back…Now Pap & I are looking forward to spending time with you, Mom & Dad at Christmas time. That will be so much fun to watch you “open your presents” and examine the Christmas tree!!! You give me so much happiness and I love you so much…..I love these pictures…..Keep smiling that precious smile and keep the sparkle in your eyes…..Love you….
