I decided I would dress up as my favorite thing for Halloween: the IPAD! Easy and free, great costume! We went to visit a few people. I got to see my girl Jessica again. It took me a while to warm up, but I gave her plently of kisses when we left! Dr. Petrie gave me a HUGE candy bar (Dad will definitley enjoy it). All and all a fun night! 🙂

Pumpkin Carving!
About 5 minutes of Canton not enjoying his pumpkin carving…

Hello Hokie Bird!
Mom, Dad, and I had a fun day! We visited Virginia Tech because Dad wanted to watch some wrestling. On our way inside I got to meet the Hokie Bird! How exciting! He even gave me five, but boy did he stink! Then I hung out around campus, we checked out the football stadium where I’ll soon be playing, and we got some yummy lunch and I had a smoothie!
Later that day we carved our pumpkin! Mom kind of predicted that I wouldn’t take to it too much since I don’t like to get my hands dirty. I didn’t cry or anything, I just wasn’t really having any of it. We’ll put a video up later.
Tomorrow is Halloween! Make sure to visit later to check out my AWESOME costume! In case you forgot how cute I was last year make sure you check it out!
More Family Visits and the ABCs
Grandmom and Grandpap came down to visit me this weekend! We had a nice time playing outside enjoying the warm weather! I also played a fishing game on the IPAD with Grandpap, since Dad hates fishing so much, we had fun.
I’m getting so good at saying “jacket” I can also say “bat” now! Mom asks me where the turkey is (the one we drew together which is hanging in the dining room) I’ll point at it and then say “bat” and point to my bat that is on the fridge! I can also say “Alan” now, who is Dad’s friend that is helping with our basement. I get really excited when I hear noises from the basement and I’ll yell “Alan Alan”. He’s so nice, he let’s me play with his tape measure, it is super fun!
I also have a new app on the IPAD that sings the ABCs, it is pretty much the greatest thing in the world. I’ve been singing with ABCs a lot with mom, I’ll scream “A, A, AAAAAAAAAAAAAA” and slap my knees to let her know I’m ready to sing again! We hit our legs to the beat while we sing, it is super fun!
We head to Charlotte again on Friday for another appointment, hopefully not too many more to go.
Pumpkin Patch!
Yesterday I had a few friends over, we had a nice time playing outside and running around. We also have a few leftover pictures from when Aunt Becky was here, I squished my first caterpillar accidentally! Thanks for the lesson Aunt B!
Mom, Dad, and I headed to Sinkland Farms today to get a pumpkin! I had a great time looking at animals, listening to music, jumping off hay bales, and searching for the perfect pumpkin. I loved the baby pumpkins and picked out tons to hand to Dad, but Mom said I could only have four. So, we got four baby ones. It was a beautiful day just to be outside and have family time. I am also almost saying JACKET, I’ve picked this one up really quickly because it means we are going outside!
Tomorrow at day care we are going to Mrs. Greenwood’s farm and I’ll get a BIG pumpking for carving!

Buffalo, Becky, and Bears–Oh My!
What a wonderful weekend we had! Amazing Aunt Becky arrived around 330am Friday morning, I was so excited to see her I woke right up, but mom didn’t let me see her until the morning.
Friday we played a lot in the morning and then we went on my very first hike–up the Buffalo! I really wanted to walk myself, but mom and dad weren’t too into that idea, so I was carried about 3/4 of the hike, which did NOT make me happy. It was also right after lunch, so my schedule was pretty messed up, but boy it sure it pretty up there! I had a good time at the top and walking back down. Then that evening we went to the football game, silly Aunt Becky showed some of mommy’s students how to do the UF Gator chomp!
Saturday and Sunday the rest of the family came too! Grandma, Mal, Pap, and even Great Aunt Rhonda! I sure am a lucky boy! We had some great days together. Grandma made mom stay inside while we played outside, I got soooo muddy! I also used my saying “no” and climbing the ladder skills!
I love my Aunt Becky tons! She definitely wins the Miles Most Traveled to See Canton award! I am a lucky boy to have so many people love me so much. I can’t wait until my birthday when Becky and Ben come back!!! Thanks to everyone for a great weekend! 🙂
No Means No!
I have a new word! Since I’m such a sweet and likeable baby I’ve held off on the word “no” for others, like eyes, up, down, etc. But, I couldn’t hold off any longer–Sunday, October 3, I said NO for the first time! Here’s a video from me using it today! Mom and Dad don’t know what they are in for now! 🙂

Crafty Canton
As the holidays approach and since I’m rocking my coloring mom and I have started making more crafts. Here are some pictures of a turkey and bat we made over the weekend. Dad thought mom’s bat was a monster bunny, but she does a good job.
