21 Weeks!

Yup – I am the big two-one today!  Not the big 21, but 21 weeks – Mom and Dad are afraid I am growing up too quickly!

Speaking of growing up, I’ve been busy trying to roll over from my back to my belly but haven’t quite got there yet.  I really can roll over that way but choose not to – it’s no fun being on my belly!

Enjoy the new pictures!

Virtual Visitors

For the first time in a month Mom and Dad have me all to theirselves.  I’m just such a popular man, everyone wants to visit me all the time.  Since Mal and Pap wanted to still see me I inspired them to join my ever-growing Skype list.  They are still working out the kinks, but I definitely saw and heard them, which made me very happy.

I also went up the craft show and enjoyed the fresh air and riding in my stroller.  Enjoy the pictures of me playing with Mom and Dad! 🙂  Oh, everyone always says what a happy baby I am, I thought I would give you one crying picture.  I hardly ever cry, but this teething stufff has me all whacked out.

20 Weeks!

Mom and Dad just can’t believe how fast I am growing.  Now that I am sitting they are giving me more things to play with, like cups, blocks, and even some water play.

I attended another football game, I got to meet a lot of mom’s former students and some of their friends.  Mr. Diebler scared me at first, but I quickly warmed up to him, he’s a funny guy!

Thanks for the package Aunt Becky!  I can’t wait to use it!!!

Showing Off

Mal, Pap, Rhonda, and Harvey came to see me this weekend.  I spent most of the time showing off my new sitting up skills.  On Thursday (9/24) I first sat for about 10-15 seconds, now I’m up to over a minute!  Mom and Dad just can’t believe all that I can do at only four months!!  Who knows what I’ll be doing the next time they see me! 🙂

Becoming a BIG Man!

I’ve been getting tired of having Mom and Dad do so much for me lately that I’ve decided to take things into my own hands.  I figure if I want to get things done, I better start on it now!

So I’ve decided to start sitting on my own.  I can only do it for 10-15 seconds at a time but I’ll be sitting for good in no time!  Dad gave me a hand today also in standing.  Pretty soon I won’t need any help in that either!

I’ve also decided to help Mom out and start feeding myself.  My bottle gets heavy sometimes but I am working on getting my arms stronger so I can do that also!  I’ll keep working on new things!

More Grandparents and Sippy Cup

I had a nice time with Granny and Grandpa.  Later in the day I practiced more with my sippy, I’m getting so big!  I go for my four-month shots tomorrow, I’m sure the doctors will be so proud of how I have grown!

Grandpa and Grandma Visit!

Grandpa and Grandma came down to see me today.  I’m still a little fussy from my teething, but I enjoyed my night out.  We played for a while…

Then we went to dinner where  I met a lot of Nebraska fans.  I told them to enjoy Virginia, but Go Hokies!  Later, we went to the high school football game.  I liked seeing some of mom and dad’s friends and riding in my stroller.  We didn’t leave until the third quarter, I’m such a big man! 🙂

18 Weeks!

I took a day off from my teething to spend my 18th week birthday playing with mom and dad.  Mom and Dad bought me a lot of new books that I greatly enjoyed, but I still give the best reactions to Green Eggs and Ham.

My social calendar is continuing to stay full.  Granny and Grandpa are coming down to see me on Saturday, and I’ll skype with you this weekend Becky!  I can’t wait!

Four Months!!!!

Wow wow wow wow!  Mom and Dad just can’t believe what a big man I am!

Mal and Pap came down to visit me for my four month birthday!  I was happy to see them!  Happy Grandparents Day to Granny, Grandpa, and Grandma!!

Pap was helping me “walk” today and do all kinds of things.  I also spent part of the day practicing rolling over.  But mostly, I was just a fuss because of this teething.  Mom and Dad have tried a lot to help me, but I guess I’m just going to be hurting for a while.

I did try my sippy cup for the first time today!  I liked it a lot, even though I still need some more practice.

I’m sure the next four months will bring even more changes!
