Snowman Shirt and Nanny

Rhonda sent me a special snowman shirt that I just love! I was happy to show it off to all my friends at daycare, I even cried when Dad took it off this evening. Thanks Rhonda! I’ll probably be able to wear my snow suit from Nanny this weekend!! Speaking of Nanny, mom was trying to get me to say “grandma” but I just decided that mommy’s mom was going to be Nanny. I even went to the computer today and said “Nanny please” to let mom know I wanted to Skype! Too cute! 🙂

Haircut!

Just when mom thought she was finished with “firsts” I got my first haircut!!! I definitely did not enjoy the experience, even though Mrs. Sarah did a great job. I would have been better if mom wasn’t there. I rubbed my head a lot on the way home and kept saying “cold”, I guess with all my hair gone my head is cold!

Mom is also including a picture of me cleaning the floor where I drew with my marker (I was in BIG trouble)!

Snow Day!!

Yeah!!! Snow day with mom!!!! My shirt says how much I LOVE snow days! We’ve already had so much fun this morning having extra cuddle time, chasing each other, drawing, and dancing to the chipmunks Christmas album!! I wish I could stay with her everyday! She definitely wishes she could stay with me!!!

Santa!

Mom and Dad took me to see some guy on Friday: Santa! I wasn’t super excited to see him, I cried for mom most of the time, they did manage to get one halfway decent picture.

Saturday mom and I drove down to Carroll County to watch dad’s wrestling team for a little bit. I LOVED being in the gym, it just might be my calling! Mom made us leave early though because SNOW was coming! It has been too windy to play outside in the snow, but I’m looking out the window tons and I’ve learned to say “snow”. I can’t wait to use my new snowsuit that Grandma sent! Can you believe she found a snowsuit in FL???

I’ve learned to say “Mal” and “Pap”. I ran over to the computer where we Skype the other day and said “Mal” a bunch of times, they were all pretty proud of me.

Finally, today we put up the Christmas tree. I really wasn’t too interested in helping once mom and dad said I couldn’t touch/hit it. There are a few pictures of me just staring in amazement at the height of the tree and the lights. I’m a pretty good listener! 🙂 Can’t wait to see everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Though I battled a cold most of the trip I enjoyed my second Thanksgiving. I LOVED the green beans, of course, but also ate up the stuffing and brocolli casserole. I still do not like to ride in the car, we had to stop and give me a break about two hours in.

I definitely added to my growing list of vocabulary and christened several relatives with some names. His name started out as “Bobby”, but Dad’s dad is now “Poppy” and Grandma’s mom is “G.G.” I also said “Beth”. I learned to say “yellow” and “gobble” too, video coming soon!

Playground and Vocab Explosion!

Mom, Dad, and I enjoyed what will probably be the last weekend we can be outside with light jackets. I had a great time climbing, running, swinging, and sliding.

I’m also having a vocabulary explosion! This weekend I learned to say yellow, black, orange, brown, badge (I love to play with mom and dad’s school badges), elbow, knee, clock, and probably some others they are forgetting about. I’m growing up soooo fast! At my check-up I was 28.4 lbs, 32.5 in, and still a huge head (but I’ve gone from the 99th percentaile to 70, so I’m moving in the right direction).

BEEEEEutiful weekend!

Mom, Dad, and I had a great time enjoying the beautiful weather! Can you believe I’m a year and a half? I have my check-up on Friday, so we’ll have measurements then.

New this week: I can say ball and baby, I can now also identify the letter B!
